You do not have to be located in or around Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, or Kilkenny to book an appointment with us. We can see you wherever you live in Ireland. We can offer virtual appointments where appropriate. If you are travelling a significant distance to meet us it might be possible to arrange a sleep study on the same day as your appointment. Please ring us if this this is something that you would like us to coordinate.

Important information for attending appointments

Please bring any medications, inhalers, or spacers your child uses at home to their appointment. If your child attends another medical specialist, please let us know in advance so we have time to request copies of their medical records. This is very important as it allows us to build a full picture of your child’s medical care.

If your child is booked for a sleep study and becomes unwell with a cold, flu, chest infection, viral or other illness, the sleep study will need to be rescheduled. Please call us on 085 779 0237 as soon as you know they will not be well enough to attend during office hours, or the Children’s Ward on 021 454 2807 outside office hours and over the weekend.

• Home Overnight Oximetry Testing €330 (please note that this service can only be accessed via referral from a Paediatric Respiratory or ENT Consultant. Price is inclusive of drop off/collection by DPD Shipping)

Pulmonary Function Testing and Sleep Diagnostic Services are organised through the Bons Secours Hospital Cork and are covered on all standard healthcare insurance plans.
